This form is to be filled out by any homeowner who intends to:
Landscape any portion, or change the existing landscaping, of their property.
Remove and/or replace a street tree.
Add any type of exterior structure to their existing residence.
Repainting the residence to include exterior walls and/or trim, door, fence, pergola, wall or other structure.
Propose any other type of change to their house or grounds.
One form may be used to request more than one change. After the form is completed, reviewed and approved or rejected, a copy will be sent to you and the original will be filed under your lot number in the permanent files at the Clubhouse. YOU MUST OBTAIN THE SIGNATURE(S) OF ANY NEIGHBOR WHO MAY BE IMPACTED BY CHANGES THAT MAY IMPACT THEIR VIEW OR ENJOYMENT. SIGNATURES INDICATE ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF YOUR PLAN. GET THE SIGNATURES (BELOW) BEFORE SUBMITTING THE FORM TO ARC. YOUR NEIGHBORS DO NOT HAVE THE RIGHT TO VETO YOUR PLAN.
